Product Warranty

At Victoria Federica Beauty, all our products are original, new, and come directly from official brands or authorized distributors. They are delivered in their original packaging and come with the legally established warranties under current consumer regulations.

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the User has the right to claim for defective or non-conforming products for a period of three years from delivery. However, for cosmetic, perfumery, and personal care products, the duration and coverage may be limited by the nature of the product itself and by its opening or handling.

The warranty does not cover improper use, normal wear and tear, breakage due to mishandling, or products that have been opened or tampered with beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and functionality.

The Victoria Federica Beauty online store has a completely secure payment system.

All transactions are made using Virtual POS, through a certified bank gateway and under a secure connection with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which protects all data confidentially.

At no time do we store or access your credit or debit card data. Payment processing is done directly with the banking entity using a secure protocol.
