Currently, we ship to mainland Spain and continental Portugal.
(We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla).
- We prepare your order within 24/48 working hours.
- Once handed over to GLS, you will normally receive it within 1-3 working days.
- We will always notify you by email with the confirmation and tracking.
- Free shipping on orders over €40.
- For smaller orders, the shipping fee is destination-based (shown before checkout).
GLS will attempt delivery, and if not possible, you can reschedule it.
If the package is returned to origin, you can request a new shipment by paying the costs.
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed perfumes, cosmetics, and oils cannot be returned.
