These General Terms and Conditions regulate the access, browsing and use of the website, as well as the conditions for contracting products offered through it.

- Access is free and unrestricted, except for the purchase of products, which requires registration and payment.
- The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the Law, morality and public order.
- You may not introduce viruses, harmful programs or use the Site for illicit purposes.

5. Purchase and Contracting Process
Capacity: The User declares to be over 18 years of age.
Products: All products are proprietary to Victoria Federica Beauty.
Prices: Include VAT, do not include shipping costs.
Payment methods: Virtual POS (credit/debit card).
Process:
- Select products and add to cart.
- Review and “Checkout”.
- Enter billing and shipping information.
- Select shipping and payment.
- Accept these Conditions.
- Confirm order and payment.
- Receive confirmation email.
6. Withdrawal
The User has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract.
Exceptions: sealed cosmetic and perfume products that have been unsealed.
7. Warranty and Claims
All products come with a legal warranty. In case of a defective product, the User should contact info@victoriafedericabeauty.com

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For disputes, the courts of Valença (Portugal) have jurisdiction, unless consumer regulations apply.
